If you do not have your login information or access to the administrative contact address, e-mail support@tera-byte.com for assistance. If you need to renew your domain immediately, you may call us at 780-413-1868 and renew your domain over the phone without changing any contact or ownership information. Please note that there is a $5/year service charge in addition to the renewal fees outlined above for renewals over the phone.
