Step 1.Open Microsoft outlook express
Step 2. Click on "File", and then click on "Identities".
You will then be presented with two options, select the "Add
New Identity..." option.
You will then be presented with a screen that looks like this:
Step 3. Type your name into the box and click "OK"
If you have any other identities set up already you will be asked
if you would like to switch to the identity you are setting up,
select "Yes".
You will then be presented with the option to make Outlook Express
your default mail client, what you choose depends on your personal
preference.
You will then be presented with a screen that looks like this:

Step 4. Enter the name that you would like to appear in the "From"
field of an outgoing message, then click "Next >"
You will then be presented with a screen that looks like this:
Step 5. Enter the e-mail address that you will be using (ex. bob@mywebsite.com
)
Step 6. Click "Next >"
You will then be presented with a screen that looks like this:

Step 7. Make sure that you have the following settings in place
The incoming mail server is a "POP3" server
Your incoming mail server is pop.your domain name
Your outgoing mail (SMTP) server information is something that your
Internet service provider will supply you with.
Step 8. Click "Next >"
You will then be presented with a screen that looks like this:

Step 9. Place in the account user name and password that we provided
you with in your start up e-mail into the appropriate boxes.
Step 10. Click "Next >"
You have now successfully completed setting up your e-mail account,
click on "Finish" to save the settings and the account.
Note: If you would like to switch between "Identities"
go to "File" Then select "Switch Identity..."
