Step 1. Open CuteFTP

Step 2. Click on "File", then click on "Site Manager"

You should then see box that looks like this:

Step 3. Click on "New..."

When you click on "New..." a box will appear that looks like this:

Step 4. Fill in each box with the appropriate information.
The host address is the domain name for your site.
The username and password are the same as the one you received when you signed up for your account.

Step 5. Click on "Connect"

You will then be presented with a screen that looks like this:

This is not where you will be placing your files.

In order to get to the correct folder for your site, you need to double click on the "mainwebsite_html" folder

Step 6. Upload the files for your site into the current folder you are in (which should be mainwebsite_html).

If you followed all the steps correctly, your site is now on the Internet!
